a month agoOur family had a wonderful time at Big Joel's Safari. The Parakeet sticks were a huge hit and the zoo is kept up well. Lots of animals to see and they have shaded areas setup to get out of the sun.

2 months agoWhat a great hidden gem of an experience! This unassuming entrance off Highway M provides a unique experience for children and adults to engage with animals from all over the world. From Pygmy Goats to Giant Tortoises to Red Kangaroos (and many more varieties of creatures), this experience is well worth the $10 admission or, better yet, just spend $30 and get the annual pass! I do not see any kickback for endorsing the pass, but it just makes sense.

a month agoHighly recommend!!!! 100x better than Grants Farms. Your kids get to feed more than goats and parakeets. Up and close with the animals.

4 months agoWe love Big Joel's. We've been multiple times and love going back. The animals are so interactive and appear well cared for. The parakeet room is worth checking out too!
