a week agoWe’ve been coming to this place for years, before we even had kids. It’s such a fun place to connect with the animals, and to get in some pets and cuddles with the goats and sheep! Entry fee isn’t cheap for very young toddlers ($15.99 from walking-17 years old seems to be too huge of a range). For $1 you can get 3 cones of food for the goats and sheep at the entrance (bring cash). I do appreciate that the goats are now all behind gates instead of free roaming as they do get quite agressive, which could be scary for very young toddlers.

a week agoDefinitely going back! They had wagons we could borrow free of charge. You can go inside of the fences to pet and observe the animals. Goats, lama, alpaca, sheep, bunnies, pigs, piglets, and tons more. Pony rides annd tractor rides available as well!!!

2 months agoLovely place that's lots of fun for kids. Helpful and polite staff. Lots of cottonwood trees so of you visit in the spring there was so much fluff in the air in the picnic area it was nearly impossible to eat. But a spring visit is still wonderful due to the baby animals you can see.

a month agoI would have to say this is one of our favorite places to go to spend a few hours with animals. My daughter loved interacting with the animals, especially the goats and bunnies. The facility was clean and well-organized, and there were plenty of handwashing stations to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, Butterfield Acres is a fantastic place for families to spend a day. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational outing.

a week agoAwesome little place in such a convenient location. My little 21 month old loved playing with the animals. It is great how they encourage hand washing and have stations set up outside each enclosure.
