My son is 7, and he had the best time petting the animals, feeding the turtles, riding the ponies, riding the hay ride and tractor pull carts, and playing on all the playground equipment and tires they had. It's definitely a place for kids to burn out all that energy. Lots of space. Staff is super friendly. I would say they have the friendliest workers there compared to other farms like this, in my opinion. You can bring carry ins or buy some snacks/drinks there. I think it's worth the 15 dollars per person and plenty of parking available.
This place is awesome! If you have young kids, they'll love being able to spend hours here meeting animals, going on pony rides, going on hay rides, and climbing all over everything. It's interactive, active, and fun! Get face-to-face with cows, pigs, horses, alpacas, chickens, and more. Our youngest loves to sing "Old MacDonald," and he thought he was right in the middle of the song here.
I took my almost 2 y/o grandson today and he had so much fun. The pony ride, hay ride, play areas and animals were wonderful. It didn’t feel crowded despite a few school trips being on site too. We had a great time and there was plenty for someone his age too. My only suggestion would be to keep the restroom floors dry or put down slip proof industrial mats over the floors. The floor in the ladies room was really wet and with brown water from all the dirty shoes. Definitely a slip hazard. Otherwise everything else was great.
Such a fun family day we had at Green Meadows. So much to do and different attractions to walk around to. Plus fun activities to keep the kids entertained. Will definitely be back!
I have been to Green Meadows so many times! I keep going back because it’s so awesome! We always for sure go in October to pick a free pumpkin. My grandson loves all the animals, the big fire engine, the silo, the pony rides, the wagon rides, the hayride, oh there’s so much fun to be had! I highly recommend making a visit!
