3 months agoI had my granddaughters birthday party here last weekend and it was a BIG SUCCESS! This place is so beautiful and the staff was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would HIGHLY recommend having an even here a I will be bringing my granddaughter back for more pony rides and to have a private lesson about the animals.

a month agoCity Ranch is AMAZING! We had them come to our home with a couple horses for a birthday party. Tammy and her staff were very friendly, helpful, & professional! They were so sweet as well as patient with all of the kids and made sure the birthday boy & girl felt special. I’m so thankful to them for helping to make this big birthday one that my kids will hopefully remember - I know that I will! We want to visit their ranch in the near future too.

4 months agoCity Ranch is great!! We had them bring two equine to our home for a birthday party. Laina, the booking agent who helped me book our event, was very attentive and helpful, both through email and by phone. She patiently answered my many questions and helped us pull off a uniquely festive birthday party event! Exceptional customer service! Tammy Ray and her assistants were fabulous to interact with on the day of the event, and brought two sweet equines to interact with a hired actor as well as our guests. Because our event was a surprise, we had to get creative with a few things so the guest of honor wouldn't see the trailer, so they even were flexible with us on parking and timing, etc. Very happy with City Ranch and highly recommend!

2 months agoWorse customer service ever. They brought there animals to yogi bear. As they let one little girl ride the pony around the park with no shoes on. But told me no to taking on picture with my son sitting on the pony, wasn’t like I was wanting him to ride on it, kid was the exact same age and height as my kid. The only reason they let the other kid ride is because they was chit chatting with the parent and knew the kid. But tired to tell me it was a liability. Well if it’s liability did the other kid get to ride and not mine. A little rude to me.
