5 months agoI see my previous review was deleted so I'll just repost it. I didn't even book them, I called for a quote and the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful and went on a rant about how parents don't have their children wearing underwear when they ride the ponies. They definitely need to find another venture preferably one that doesn't deal with children.

2 years agoSo I had hired this company for a petting zoo on Easter. The advertised price was not what we paid. They charged us gas and mileage and another $150 for scheduling on a holiday. None of those fees are advertised on the website. We sent a check to pay in full and they promised to have the receipt hard copy the day of the event. Never got it, when I called for it, owner said that the only copy was the one her daughter should have given us that day. In the end owner said there was no way that she would be able to make a copy and send it to us. As far as the petting part... the animals they promised came but they put it in a fenced in area that was never opened for the kid to go in and pet. They had to pet them through the fence. So, if the animal was coward into the corner, they couldn't be reached.

2 years agoWell I was disappointed that I received a call back and the lady was so rude. I was looking to book a pony and when I asked about pricing with a rude tone she said that the message that was sent to me said for me to go on the web site. I told her I didn’t see that and I didn’t. A picture of the message sent to me was for me to CALL and get a quote!
