4 years agoWe had a wonderful time at the Prairie Oasis Petting Zoo! My 8 and 6 year-old daughters absolutely loved it. This is the perfect place for animal lovers and kids. Cats and Kittens, dogs, cow, horses, chickens, bunnies, peacocks, goats, pigs, sheep, lama... 5stars and strongly recommend!!!!

a year agoI took my grade one class to visit Dawnlynn and her fabulous animals at their petting zoo. We were told about all of the animals and Dawnlynn shared a lot of information about each one. She was very thorough in her details and descriptions. She answered all of the questions that my class had for her. We had lunch in their spacious picnic and play area and then we each had a turn at shaking the containers to make butter. We enjoyed fresh buns and our very own butter at the end of our time together. I highly recommend taking a class to Prairie Oasis, it's a great way to spend time with your class and learn so many intersting things all at the same time.

2 years agoIf you are looking for class trip ideas for your students, I highly recommend checking out Prairie Oasis Petting Zoo. I had the opportunity to take my grade 5 students here and they loved it! They were excited to hold, pet, and feed the animals. For some, it was their first time seeing farm animals up close. I cannot thank Dawnlyn enough for being so welcoming and patient with my very eager students. I look forward to visiting Prairie Oasis Petting Zoo again with both my future students and my own children.
